Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using Roomavelle, operated by Roomavelle, Inc., a Delaware corporation. These terms govern your access to and use of our platform.
1. Acceptance of terms
- •By accessing or using Roomavelle, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.
- •If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service.
- •We may update these terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
2. Use of the service
- •You must be at least 13 years old to use Roomavelle.
- •You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
- •You agree not to use Roomavelle to generate content that is illegal, harmful, abusive, or violates the rights of others.
- •You agree not to attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse the service.
- •We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
3. Credits and payments
- •The displayed plans are monthly subscriptions priced in USD. Checkout is not enabled in this local preview and no payment is collected.
- •Purchased credits are non-refundable unless required by applicable law.
- •Credit renewal, expiry, cancellation, and any refund conditions must be disclosed before a subscription purchase is enabled.
- •Credit prices are subject to change with reasonable notice.
4. Uploaded content
- •You retain ownership of photos you upload to Roomavelle.
- •By uploading photos, you grant Roomavelle a limited license to process them for the purpose of generating redesigns.
- •You confirm that you have the right to upload the photos and that they do not infringe on any third-party rights.
- •Do not upload photos containing sensitive personal information or images of individuals without their consent.
5. Generated content
- •AI-generated images are yours to use, including for commercial purposes such as real estate listings or client presentations.
- •We do not claim ownership of generated images.
- •Generated images may not be used to misrepresent a property or space in a fraudulent manner.
6. Intellectual property
- •The Roomavelle platform, brand, design, and underlying technology are owned by Roomavelle, Inc. and protected by copyright and trademark law.
- •You may not use our brand name or logo without prior written permission.
7. Disclaimer of warranties
- •Roomavelle is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
- •We do not guarantee that generated images will be accurate, complete, or suitable for any particular purpose.
- •AI-generated designs are for inspiration and visualization purposes only.
8. Limitation of liability
- •To the maximum extent permitted by law, Roomavelle shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
- •Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the past 12 months.
9. Governing law
- •These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, subject to mandatory protections under applicable law.
- •Subject to mandatory applicable law, any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Delaware, United States.
